Help Us Meet Unprecedented Food Demand

During this time of uncertainty, as more of our neighbors wonder how they will feed their families, we’re responding by providing more food through our co-ops and our mobile pantry.

Here’s what we’re doing:

food support through mobile pantry

Increasing mobile pantry distributions

We’ve provided more than 2,500 grocery boxes to families since the government shutdown and will continue to provide additional food boxes to our neighbors across Atlanta through the holiday season.

Increasing food at our co-ops

We’re providing additional food items at our bi-weekly co-ops, ensuring even more stability for co-op members and their households.

Your support makes this possible and will help us do even more!

Make a Financial Gift

While we don’t know the full impact of the temporary loss of SNAP benefits or the overall economic impact of the government shutdown, we do know that demand for food will continue to rise. Your donation makes it possible for us to feed more of our neighbors.

  • Your funds help us purchase and distribute food.
  • Monthly gifts help us provide stability during this crisis and in the months ahead.

Donate Food

As demand surges, we’re running low on pantry staples. Most needed items right now:

  • Canned vegetables
  • Boxed cereal

Host a food drive with your family, co-workers or faith community. To learn more or schedule a drop-off at our warehouse, email Reed Stewart at reedstewart@urbanrecipe.org.
