Woodward Academy Gives A Generous Donation Of Space As We Grow!

We are so grateful and excited for the opportunity given to us by Woodward to occupy the middle school cafeteria this summer. It has allowed us to expand productions, as needed, to respond to the pandemic. We have been busy bees, boxing and delivering.

Urban Recipe families receive a bi-weekly drop of 65 – 75 pounds of food -deliveries chock full of high quality meats, shelf-stable pantry staples, and even fresh, locally grown  produce grown by local farms. With the pandemic, the need for this increased from 200 families to 1,000. Urban Recipe now drops a new average of over 35,000 pounds of food each delivery day!
